Order and Pick-Up Process

Our order process:

  • Shop online by adding items to your cart.

  • At checkout, select your pick-up day and time slot (See more info on pick-ups below).

  • Select your payment option.

  • Finish the 'check out process'. Please be sure to include your phone number for any possible communication in regards to your order/pick-up.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and pick-up day/time for reference. If this email is not in your inbox, please check your junk mail.

  • Please Note: There are no same-day pick-ups. All orders must be placed by 6:00 pm the day prior to your selected pick-up day and time.

For WEEKDAY PICK-UPS

  • Please arrive on time for your pick-up and ready to make payment, if you have not paid in advance.

  • If you miss your pick-up time slot, please contact us at (951) 290-8840‬ to reschedule.

  • Please Note: For weekday pick-ups, our time slots are 1 person per time slot.

For WEEKEND PICK-UPS

  • Please arrive on time for your pick-up and note that we will be closing promptly once this pick-up time is complete.

  • If you miss your pick-up time slot, please contact us at (951) 290-8840‬ to reschedule.

  • Our weekend pick-up time is open to multiple people, so we require payment in advance. This helps us save time on taking payments at time of pick-up so that we can help everyone get their orders in a timely manner.

  • Since this time slot is open to multiple people, we ask that you please be patient and understanding as we help everyone get their orders.

  • Once this time slot is filled, it will close on the calendar. In order to guarantee your spot, we recommend placing your order a week in advance when this time slot becomes available.

  • Be sure to include your phone number when you place your order so that we can text you with pick-up information the day prior.
